Jenelle Evans- Not who we think she is?

I’ve always said that everyone needs the benefit of the doubt. Just because you see someone on tv does not mean that that’s how they are in real life. The girls from “Teen Mom” may as well be actors, because what we see is how MTV wants us to see them.

Jenelle is the “Teen Mom” that the majority of the country has come to dislike. The first season we seen her partying, leaving her child with her mother, and dating Kieffer who was totally bad news for her. We eventually seen her get arrested because of Kieffer.  Is this the real Jenelle that we are seeing? Or is this just a story that MTV is putting out there? Her fan page would suggest that yes, Jenelle likes to party. Does she like to party so much that she would neglect her own son? We seen her sign away her rights and give custody to her mom. Maybe at the time, that’s what was best for her son. As mothers, we always want what’s best for our children.  I know a lot of people think she did it so she wouldn’t have any responsibility and so she could do whatever she wanted, without fear of the repercussions. We don’t know the real reason she did it. We know what MTV wanted us to see.
Another thing that we see is her constantly fighting with her mother. Just by watching an episode of “Teen Mom 2” you would think that that’s all they do is fight. I don’t believe this. I believe MTV wants us to believe that. Almost always, Jenelle is usually the instigator in the fights.  Sometimes a fight seems to be over something stupid. We don’t really know what led up to the fight. There’s this thing called editing to where they could do whatever they want to the scene to make us believe whatever they want us to believe. It’s sad.

Jenelle’s mom seems like a nice lady. She wanted to take her grandson and help Jenelle out. Sometimes I believe that Jenelle’s mom is the reason she is the way she is. Playing devil’s advocate here, maybe her mom didn’t give her enough attention as a child so Jenelle does whatever to get her attention. Jenelle pointed out in one episode that she got pregnant at 16 under her mom’s care.  We don’t know the real story between the two of them, and I’m not saying that the reason Jenelle parties or does the things she does is because she wants attention.  I’m just saying what if. There are some episodes I feel so bad for Jenelle because of the way her mom treats her. I know that yet once again we are seeing only what the producers want us to see. There’s a whole lot more to that story. So don’t judge a book by the cover. Unless you actually know Jenelle you have no right to judge her.  Remember, we don’t see everything.

What are your guy's opinions on her? Keep it nice :)

Ali is starting to walk!!!

According to "Team Catelynn Lowell" fan page, Ali (Leah Dawn Messer's daughter) is finally starting to walk. This is great news, considering a lot of people thought she probably wouldn't be able to walk. We've seen Leah dealing and handling Ali's medical condition on Teen Mom, and we've seen her concerned that Ali might not be able to walk. I bet this makes her extremely happy. I know it does. I wish nothing but the best for that little girl, and I hope she continues making these milestones.

Who Knew Chelsea Houska could sing??

This may be old news, but I just stumbled across this video on good ole youtube. All I can say is WOW! Who would have ever thought that Chelsea could sing. When this "Teen Mom" business is over she should definitely check into a music career. I believe the girl could go far.

Who am I?

Some of you may be asking who am I? I'm a 23 year old woman, and like many of you I am a fan of Teen Mom. I know there are a lot of blog sites about Teen Mom, and you may be asking why am I doing this? What separates me from the other big named blog sites. Well first of all I'm not biased. There may be some "Teen Moms" that I don't like, but I'm not going to spew my hate against them. To me thats a big no no. The second thing that makes me different is I know before starting this what it's like to be in the press. When I was 16 years old I witness my grandfather shoot and kill his sister and her husband. The media in the small town that I lived in had a field day with it. The media in the small town that I use to live in had even more fun with it. Even though it wasn't a national thing, and people have long forgotten about it, I know what it was like. It wasn't fun. Reading the lies the media puts out there. Wanting to defend yourself, your family. It's hard.

Other then the fact that I'm a 23 year old woman, I"m also a wife, and a mommy to two precious little girls. I had my first daughter at the age of 18. I was a Teen Mom. I didn't have MTV document my life, or the struggles I faced raising my first daughter. I was poor at the time. She had barely anything, but in the end we made it together. She is now almost 5 years old and she is my rock.

That's really all you need to know about me. In the end, this site isn't about me. This site is about the  "Teen Moms" that we have all grown to love, and someone of us have grown to dislike. I hope you have fun with it.
